1. What are cookies and similar tools
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Technologies like localStorage can store information on the device in similar ways. Italian regulations distinguish the technical tools necessary for the service from those used for additional purposes, which require prior consent.
2. Technical tool used
The site saves the balzano-cookie-preference key in localStorage, with the value "necessary" or "all", exclusively to remember the choice expressed in the banner. It is a technical tool and is not used for profiling.
3. Optional Tools
Currently no analytics, advertising profiling or optional tracking are configured. The acceptance button sets the preference for any tools that can only be added after updating this information and the related preventive blocking mechanism.
4. Third-party resources and services
The site can request fonts from Google Fonts, icons from cdnjs/Cloudflare and uses FormSubmit when the form is submitted. These providers may receive technical data such as IP addresses according to their respective policies. These requests are not used by the site to create advertising profiles.
5. Give, deny or revoke consent
Rejecting is possible with the same immediacy as acceptance. Closing the banner keeps only the necessary tools. The choice can be changed at any time via the fixed cookie icon or with the following command.
The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation.
6. Browser settings
You can also delete cookies and site data from your browser settings. Deleting the local memory will make the banner reappear on the next visit.
7. Owner and rights
The owner is Balzano Consulting, in the person of Paolo Balzano, VAT number 05587180281. For requests: info@balzanoconsulting.com. For data processing and the exercise of rights, consult the Privacy Policy.
