During navigation, technical systems can process IP address, date and time, requested resource, user agent and information necessary for the security and provision of the site. The contact form collects name, surname, company, role, email, telephone number, area of interest, indicative budget and content of the request.
3. Purpose and legal bases
The data in the form are processed to respond to the request and carry out pre-contractual activities requested by the interested party, pursuant to art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The technical data are processed to guarantee security, availability and prevention of abuse, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the owner pursuant to art. 6(1)(f). Any administrative obligations or requests from the authority are processed pursuant to art. 6(1)(c).
4. Nature of the contribution
The fields marked as mandatory are necessary to manage the request. Failure to provide this information prevents the form from being sent. Telephone and budget are optional.
5. Method and conservation
The data is processed with electronic tools and measures appropriate to the risk. Requests that do not give rise to a contractual relationship are kept for a maximum of 24 months; data connected to contractual relationships and administrative obligations are kept for the periods required by law.
